Purpose of This Document Library

SafeHollyRidge.org provides a centralized, nonpartisan repository of publicly available records, official applications, and governing documents related to large-scale annexation and development proposals affecting the Town of Holly Ridge. The materials presented here are drawn from public records requests, filed applications, and published agreements.

The goal is to enable residents, elected officials, and stakeholders to review primary source documents, understand long-term policy implications, and evaluate whether adequate safeguards, oversight mechanisms, and fiscal protections are in place before irreversible decisions are made.

50-Year Development Agreement & Fiscal Review
